Jonathan Gladwin, Co-Founder

Jonathan has worked with brands and entertainment since 1994.  

He began working across the entire entertainment spectrum, from EastEnders, Spooks, and Hollyoaks through to The Bourne Ultimatum, Love Actually and Inception, building up an extensive contact list including studios, producers, directors, designers and prop masters.

Over the past 12 years he has coordinated the placement strategy and implementation for brands such as Nokia, Samsung, Infiniti and Greater London Authority.



      



David Angell, Co-Founder

David Angell has worked within digital marketing since 2004. Starting his career with the world of retail website content management and SEO, he developed an understanding of the digital marketing needs of a site owner and the tools required to implement them. Following this David spent 3 years working at Google’s European Headquarters within the AdWords & Google Analytics teams providing Google’s top-tier advertisers with AdWords & Analytics strategy. He is a Europe-wide Google Award winning optimiser. He was also responsible for managing Google’s European Google Grants, Google Earth Outreach & YouTube Non-profit programmes.

Moving back to the UK, David took a leap of faith to work for the newly elected Leader of the Liberal Democrats Nick Clegg. He ran Nick Clegg’s Digital Communications from 2009 until his election as the Deputy Prime Minister following the 2010 election (he also co-authored the Liberal Democrat’s Digital General Election strategy).

      



Andrew Walker, Partner

Andrew Walker has been working as a web developer & designer since 1995. After co-founding creative agency Thin Martian in 1998, Andrew has spent the last twelve years helping brands connect to social networks and online communities. In 2008 he co-founded Tweetminster, a data mining & analysis that creates dynamic news feeds from social media and makes politics and news more accessible via Twitter, and was the first person to interview political leaders like Nick Clegg and Gordon Brown with interactive public Twitter Q&A sessions and use the data to generate insights into public opinion.

Andrew is passionate about the power of social media to give brands insight into consumer trends, brand advocacy and develop smarter business intelligence tools - helping brands use mobile technology and data to get better results. Andrew is also the strategy hub leader for the IAB social media council.
