Jonathan Gladwin, Co-Founder

Jonathan works at the fulcrum of brands and entertainment, creating seamlessly integrated, engaging content that resonates with the audiences. 

Through an extensive network of contacts he has worked on over 1000 productions from Inception, and The Bourne Ultimatum, through to BBC1's Line of Duty, ITVs Downton Abbey, and C4s Hollyoaks.  This knowledge and experience is complimented by a detailed understanding of the connection between the audience and the online communities that populate around entertainment properties.

He has consulted, devised and implemented community engagement strategies around for UK production companies and media agencies as well as specific projects such as 2014's Svengali.



    



David Angell, Co-Founder

David Angell has worked within digital marketing since 2004. Starting his career with the world of retail website content management and SEO, he developed an understanding of the digital marketing needs of a site owner and the tools required to implement them. Following this David spent 3 years working at Google’s European Headquarters within the AdWords & Google Analytics teams providing Google’s top-tier advertisers with AdWords & Analytics strategy. He is a Europe-wide Google Award winning optimiser. He was also responsible for managing Google’s European Google Grants, Google Earth Outreach & YouTube Non-profit programmes.

He ran Nick Clegg’s Digital Communications from 2009 until his election as the Deputy Prime Minister following the 2010 election. Since then he's been a Digital Analytics and Communications Consultant for multiple organisations, including the Open Data Institute and British Medical Association.

   



Andrew Walker, Partner

Andrew Walker is a digital strategy consultant, author and speaker. 

Over the last eighteen years he’s co-founded three successful technology startups. He was the first person to interview senior UK politicians on Twitter, has created data mining systems, helped set-up the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), reported on elections for the BBC, has been a guest technology expert on Sky News and radio (BBC R4 Today, PM, World at One, World Have Your Say) and written in newspapers (Independent, Guardian) and magazines (Linux User, .Net, WebUser) about digital technology, business and culture.

He speaks globally on technology and has recently published a business guide themed around deal making in business.
